Introduction To Solids

Intro to Solids is for families with babies between 3 and 7 months old. This program provides information about starting solids, common allergens, safe textures, and weaning. Families will be called when their baby is approaching the appropriate age range, or can call the clinic to register. This program is facilitated by the Registered Dietitian and Registered Practical Nurse. No referral is required and the program is open to the public as capacity allows.
