Healthy Eating With Cholesterol Refresher Class

This program is designed for those who have been previously diagnosed with high cholesterol and are looking for a refresher or updated information, or those who have been diagnosed recently and would prefer to attend a class. This program covers diet and lifestyle strategies to help manage cholesterol. This program is facilitated by the Registered Dietitian. No referral is required and the program is open to the public as capacity allows.
