Cancer Screening

Description:

Cancer Screening is provided with the goal to increase the cancer screening rates in our patients so we can identify cancers earlier and refer for treatment sooner. The program focus is:

Cervical cancer screening for women between the ages of 25 – 69 every 3 years;
Breast cancer screening for women between the ages of 40-69;
Colorectal cancer screening for men and women between the ages of 50-74

Registration:

To book an appointment for a PAP or to request a requisition for a FIT kit and/or breast screening call the clinic at: (519) 600-2273.

A physician / nurse practitioner will provide the required requisition, for example for the mammogram or FIT test. An appointment is required for a PAP.
