Huron Community Family Health Team (HcFHT) in Seaforth, ON. is recruiting a FamilyPhysician to assume the practice of a retiring physician.
• Well managed practice of 1,200 available for take over.
• Locum and/or Job Share arrangement available.
• Opportunity to join turn key practice with 6 physician colleagues.
• FHT staffing include NPs, RPNs, dietician, social worker/mental health worker, and administrative staff.
• Eligible for funding support through the RFMLP.
• Eligible for financial incentive through the NRRRI ($86,335).
• Generous financial incentive available through the Seaforth Community HospitalFoundation and the HPHA.
• 20 beds with a mix of medicine, complex continuing care & rehab.
• Close proximity to secondary & tertiary referral centres.
• Option to participate in Hospitalist work—Fri-Thurs. Physicians are paid a daily stipend.
• PACS, X-Ray, Lab and U/S on site.
• Opportunity to provide ED coverage, ~ 45 patients in 24 hours. Physicians are paid anhourly rate through the AFA.
